Empowering Neurodiverse Students for Success
Have you ever worried about how your neurodiverse child will thrive in the adult world? Do you still manage their life because you are afraid of the fallout? We get them out of bed, track their grades, and order their meds, because if we don't do it, who will? The whole time, we have a sinking feeling that when they go to college or get a grown-up job, everything will fall apart.

Student Success Coaching helps neurodiverse people to develop the skills to succeed in school and in life.

We're afraid the future will look like this...
-
Only 20% of students with disabilities graduate college within 6 years, about half the rate of their neurotypical peers
-
2/3 of students with disabilities never inform their college, and struggle silently, and believe that they should just know what to do
-
Unemployment rate for people with disabilities (including ADD/ADHD) is double (7.6) that of people without (3.5)
-
Students with disabilities struggle in traditional job interviews and do not know how to navigate the social climate of the workplace.

Student Success Coach
My name is Jennifer Keithley, and I'm here to help!
I have spent over 25 years teaching college students, and the last four working specifically with neurodiverse students as an Executive Function Coach for Bradley University! Working with students and helping them succeed in their goals is a true delight in my life.
How did I get here? I have a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Communication and a Certificate in Diversity and Equity in Education. But the real reason I'm here to help is because I have been where you are! I'm a mom of four grown children, three of whom are neurodiverse! It has been an interesting journey with lots of sleepless nights and questions about the future. I did not do it perfectly, but I did learn a lot! It would be an honor to walk through this season, and these questions with you!

Real Stories Of Parents And Students
"Jennifer's constant support and guidance has been a game changer throughout the entirecollege experience. She has helped him navigate registration, develop short-term andlong-term goals, prioritize tasks, organize projects, resolve conflicts, and encouraged himto be the best that he can be. She also helped him build the confidence that he needed totrust in his judgment, encouraging him to take initiative and stand up for himself."

"Jen is an amazing coach. Since freshman year she has helped gather the tools I need to be successful in college such as (organizing my homework and making a timeline of when to do my homework, making sure I get all my accommodations and advocating for me when the professor would deny my accommodations ). In addition Jen also looked over my grades each session to make sure I was in good standing. Jen is such an amazing person and wants what's best for you."
